Dancer, dancer-choreographer Nick Lazzarini accused of molesting dancer on ‘X-Files’

Lazzarini is under investigation over the actress alleging a sexual assault by his hand and masturbating at her before she left.

Nicole Chabot, a former dancer who starred in the series alongside Gillian Anderson, has accused choreographer Nick Lazzarini of sexually assaulting her several years ago. In the lawsuit, filed Friday, she alleges Lazzarini masturbated in front of her while she watched him while they were in a rehearsal room at the Times Square studio where the popular series was filmed, and masturbated in front of her during a performance by a ballet company he was directing. The lawsuit describes the alleged incident as Lazzarini “rubbing his penis against [Chabot’s] thigh while watching [the ballet] perform” in 2016.

Her allegations are in line with allegations made by actress Dominique Easley, who claimed that Lazzarini sexually assaulted her after she was fired from the series for “having co-conspirators at the office.”

In a statement, Lazzarini’s management team, Sampson Smith and Associates, called the allegations “categorically and completely without merit.”

“It is very unfortunate that the position Ms. Chabot has taken about the situation taken place a few years ago does not seem to be a reflection of the work she has done or the relationships she has enjoyed. Therefore we would kindly ask Ms. Chabot to stop airing her dirty laundry and return to her post at The Nutcracker.”
